The Old Barn Coffee Shop is now serving Sunday lunch as part of a newly-launched Winter Menu.

From Friday, November 8, opening times will also change at the popular café near Thirsk.

As always, the menu focuses on quality over quantity, offering a variety of delicious home-made food using locally-sourced ingredients. Vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free requirements can be catered for.

The new Winter Menu includes various seasonal savoury specials, which will be available on all days and will be displayed on the notice board at the entrance.

The popular breakfast options will remain on the menu, including The Old Barn Breakfast, Vegetarian Breakfast and range of hot breakfast rolls or sandwiches. They will be available all day on Fridays and Saturdays, and until 12pm on Sundays.

Treats include home-baked cake and tray bakes, scones, and ice cream sundaes from local producer Brymor.

Sunday lunch will be available by advance booking only and is priced at £12.95 for a main course with a pudding from the menu. A vegetarian Sunday lunch option will be available on request when booking.
