The Winter Menu for 2022/23 is now available at the Old Barn Coffee Shop and includes our very popular breakfast, homemade soup and toastie combo, Sunday lunch, and a variety of specials.

With a selection of vegetarian, dairy and gluten free options, our new Winter Menu features but is not limited to:
- Hot Breakfast Rolls or Sandwiches (Bacon, Sausage or Fried Egg), One Filling: £4.25 Two Fillings: £4.75 Three Fillings: £5.25
- Rolls, Sandwiches, Paninis and Toasties, Choose from: Ham, Cheese or Tuna Mayo £5.00
- Slice of homemade cake, £3.00
- Homemade traybakes, £2.75

Old Barn breakfast
Always in demand is our Old Barn breakfast!
Available until 11.30am, the breakfast uses ingredients from local suppliers and offers a hearty start to the day for just £8.75. A vegetarian option is also on offer for £8.00, while breakfast rolls are served throughout the day.
Weekly specials and senior citizens offer
Our specials board changes weekly and we also offer a senior citizens special every Monday which comprises a three-course meal for £10 for anyone over 60!
Soup and sandwich / toastie
Freshly homemade, our warming soups are a must-try feature of our Winter Menu, especially if you’ve stopped by after a bracing walk or bike ride.
And it’s even heartier with this great offer of a soup and sandwich / toastie combo from just £8.50!
Sunday lunch at the Old Barn
We are now offering Sunday lunches by advance booking only. Priced at £12.75 for one course and £15.95 for two courses, there are also children’s portions and a vegetarian option available which must be requested when booking.
Holiday homeowners’ discount
Don’t forget that all YHL Parks holiday home owners receive a 15% discount on everything except for Sunday lunches when visiting the Old Barn Coffee Shop.

The Old Barn Coffee Shop is situated at the entrance to York House Holiday Park in Balk, near Thirsk. It is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays throughout winter from 10am to 3.30pm, with last food orders at 3pm. See our Facebook page for opening hours over the Christmas period.
