We had a great time at the Caravan, Motorhome & Holiday Show 2023 showcasing our four award-winning North Yorkshire holiday parks alongside our new residential park near Selby.
Visitors to the show were keen to find out more about the homes and lodges available at York House, Abbots Green, Monk Park and Old Hall holiday parks. There was a lot of interest particularly in our plans for a new touring and motorhome area at York House.
Visitors also had the chance to learn more about our residential site, Gateforth Park, where homes have been in high demand since the new development launched just over two years ago. Aimed at the over 50s, it is now 47 per cent occupied and continues to welcome new residents every month.
Gateforth Park
The park, which is situated next to Selby Golf Club, is being developed over three phases, with phase 1 already sold out and phase 2 well underway. Once complete, the park will comprise 168 homes, two private fishing lakes, woodland, a dog walking area, a shop, and a community centre with feature lake. Phase 2, where homes are now available, includes the stunning Lakeside area with exclusive fishing pegs at the end of each garden.

Open Weekends
There will also be the opportunity for visitors to the show to register their interest in attending Open Weekends at York House Holiday Park and Gateforth Residential Park in the spring.
The York House event will take place on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th March, while the Gateforth one will be held on a date to be decided. Both events will offer the opportunity to take a tour of the sites and homes as well as meeting the park managers. At Gateforth Park, the sales team and some of the residents will also be on hand, along with representatives from part exchange specialists Quick Move.
