We were well and truly struck by the Beast from the East this week – and our parks have never looked more stunning.

Thanks to hard work from our park managers, we were ready to face the heavy snow and freezing conditions, and everything remained up and running at all our parks. That meant we could enjoy the beautiful scenery – and snap a few shots to share with you.

The first thing we noticed at York House was that the view from the newly redeveloped Herriots Walk is stunning, even in winter. The top two photos below show the view you’ll enjoy if you’re lucky enough to have one of these plots.

Just up the park, Bishops Brook was under a heavy layer of snow – and the bee house wasn’t showing much sign of life! In just a few weeks, the water will be trickling through once again, and we’ll see birds, insects and other wildlife returning to make it home once again.
