York House Leisure will be on Stand 3-218 of the event, which is commonly known as the Manchester Show and welcomes more than 30,000 visitors each year.
We’re partnering with one of the UK’s top park home and lodge manufacturers, Prestige Homeseeker Park and Leisure Homes, to give people the chance to discover more about the luxury lodges and holiday homes available at our sites across North Yorkshire.
Our five parks offer high-quality holiday homes and luxury lodges for hire and sale, set in tranquil and picturesque surroundings. They are a great base from which to explore North Yorkshire and all its attractions, including the North York Moors, Yorkshire Dales and Yorkshire coast.
The stand also offers the first opportunity to find out in detail about Gateforth Park, our new residential park for the over 50s. Situated next to Selby Golf Club, it offers high-quality park home living within a secure, gated community, and with great access to beautiful countryside and vibrant cities such as Leeds and York.
We are no strangers to park home developments as we have owned and operated Quarry Moor and New Park in Ripon for many years, so we’re delighted to be adding Gateforth Park to our offering. With the first phase of this brand new residential park due for launch in just a few months, we’ll have lots of information about it on our stand at the Caravan & Motorhome Show 2020. Pop by and find out more about everything Gateforth Park has to offer, including 168 park homes, two private fishing lakes, a shop and community centre, village green, woodland and dog walking area.
There will also be the chance to take a look at the Prestige Accolade Park Home before it is moved on site at Gateforth Park as one of eight stunning show homes. Visitors will be able to take a look at the key features of the park homes, including the comfortable lounge and dining areas, spacious bedrooms, and modern kitchens and bathrooms.
